In relation to Osteen's sermon, how do you interpret Matt 25:21? Are you saying that AFTER you have been saved, your faithfullness remains irrelevant? Your critique is only correct from a soteriological point of view, but there are numerous NT references in relation to 'faithfullness' for Christians who are already saved (Eph 1:1, Col 1:2,7 4:7, 2 Tim 2:2, Rev 2:26 etc)
Osteen as usual has butchered the text and throws many of his pop-psych ideas in the mix, but you are suggesting that faithfulness is irrelevant after salvation.
